Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use or buy any Pintarlab product, including our web apps (software as a service) and our downloadable digital products such as templates. By using or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Pintarlab is a brand of CV Solusi Pintar, a company registered in Indonesia ("Pintarlab", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@pintarlab.com.

Product-specific terms

Some products have their own terms, for example the renewals terms. Those terms add to these ones. If they conflict, the product's own terms apply to that product.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

Buying and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you are.
• Orders are processed by our online reseller, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. It handles payment, invoices, tax and billing questions. Its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
• Digital downloads are one-time purchases. You get access to the files right after payment.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• If we change the price of a subscription, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.

Template and digital product license

When you buy a template or other digital product, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• use and edit it for yourself or your own business; and
• use it to create work for your clients, as long as the client receives the finished work and not the original template files.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away or redistribute the original files, whether edited or not;
• include them in another template, kit or product that you sell or give away; or
• claim them as your own design.

One purchase covers one person or one company. Ownership of the product itself stays with us.

Your content

You own the data and content you put into our apps. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete it as each product allows.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse our products. That includes trying to break or overload them, accessing other people's data, scraping, using them for anything illegal, or sending spam through them. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our apps running, but we can't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. If we shut down a paid app, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid time you haven't used.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Our tools help you stay organized, but you remain responsible for your own business decisions and obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using a product and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure, your app data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Before taking any formal action, we'll both first try to resolve a dispute by talking it through in good faith.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll email customers or post a notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you keep using our products after that, the new terms apply.
